2. Refund Eligibility

2.1 Eligible for Full Refund

  • First-time subscribers within 30 days of initial payment
  • Annual plan subscribers within 30 days of purchase
  • Service unavailability exceeding 48 hours (pro-rated refund)
  • Accidental duplicate payments

2.2 Not Eligible for Refund

  • Requests made after 30 days from the payment date
  • Accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations
  • Accounts suspended for sending spam or unauthorized messages
  • Previous subscribers who have already received a refund
  • Third-party fees (WhatsApp Business API conversation charges billed by Meta)

If you use the WhatsApp Business API, Meta charges per-conversation fees directly. These fees are billed by Meta, not by Wappnest, and are non-refundable through us. Our refund policy applies only to our platform subscription fees.

4.1 Refund Method

All refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Card payments: Refunded to the same card. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
  • Bank Transfer payments: Refunded to the same bank account. Please allow 3-5 business days.

  • Refund request review: 1-2 business days
  • Refund processing: 1-3 business days
  • Bank processing: 5-10 business days (varies by financial institution)

4.3 Refund Amount

Refunds are issued for the full subscription amount paid. No deductions or processing fees are charged for refunds within the 30-day guarantee period.

5. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • No further charges will be made to your payment method
  • If within 30 days and eligible, you may request a refund as described above
  • After 30 days, no refund is provided, but you retain access until the period ends

We encourage you to contact us directly for any payment disputes before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension and could delay resolution. We maintain records of all communications and transactions.
